ST. GEORGE — The Center for Spiritual Living in St. George is an open, loving, and inclusive community that supports thinking creatively and living a deeply spiritual life.

Our mission is to provide spiritual tools both for personal growth and for global transformation.

Our purpose is to awaken humanity to its spiritual magnificence and our vision is a world that works for everyone.

We are a spiritual community guided by the principles of Science of Mind founder and New Thought pioneer Ernest Holmes. All are welcome!

You are warmly invited to attend meditation at The Center for Spiritual Living at 10:30 a.m., followed by Sunday service at 11 a.m. Our topic for June is Empowerment: Protect the Vulnerable and each Sunday will feature a key point in this topic.

Reverend Laura Hallett is our minister. She will be addressing ways in which we can live a more empowered life personally, as well as how we can empower those around us to do the same. If you miss the Sunday service you can catch us live on Facebook, or look us up on YouTube.

Building on our topic of empowerment there will be a free discussion class on Monday at 4 p.m. Sunday’s topic will be looked at in depth and and questions addressed.

Also encompassing the topic of empowerment is our Wednesday book club from 2:30-4 p.m. The book for June is “A New Republic of the Heart” by Terry Patten.

A collection of foods is being gathered for donation to Youth Futures, St. George’s new homeless youth shelter and service center. You are welcome to donate kid friendly foods. There is a donation box in our lobby.

Other clubs and groups are also available. There is a free hiking club leaving from the center at 8:30 a.m. sharp every Saturday morning and a course in miracles that meets at 5:30 p.m. on Mondays.

If you would like to meet with Hallett you can do so on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 1-5 p.m. Call and make an appointment, (435)287-8384, or just drop in to chat!

Hallett, Mary Klein, RScP and Chris McArdle, RScP are all wedding officiants. If you, or anyone you know, is planning on getting married, having a commitment ceremony, or renewing their vows, Hallett, Klien and McArdle are at their service.

The center is also pleased to offer its sanctuary space for rent as an event venue. Our rooms are perfect for weddings, baby blessing ceremonies, memorial services, classes, meetings, workshops, seminars and celebrations.

We are located at 908 N. 1400 West, St. George.
