ST. GEORGE — The Institute for Tourism and Recreation Research is seeking two qualified candidates to assist with a research project from April 16-25 at Zion National Park to survey visitors about their experiences in the park.
The position requires approximately six hours of work each day, with one day off during this time period. Candidates must be energetic, outgoing and able to easily approach other people and interview them about their experiences. Protocols are in place to safely conduct interviews.
Researchers will be responsible for timely completion of work and able to meet scheduling and quota requirements. Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail required. Familiarity with general operation of tablets a plus. Applicants need to have a reliable vehicle to get to Zion National Park every day.
