Washington County experiencing increased investment sales as investors come back into the market

ST. GEORGE — The St. George office of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce announced on April 27 the sale of three investment properties in Washington County.

“We are seeing some strong activity in investment sales across all sectors,” Travis J. Parry, Senior Director of Industrial Investment in the St. George office of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, said. “The increase in investment sales this year is an indication that investors are coming back to the Washington County market and finding strong opportunities for quality asset purchases. All three of these recent transactions, which included two office buildings and an industrial building, were purchased by investors in Utah.”
