Try Kundalini bunny yoga and take some pictures

ST. GEORGE — Families welcome! Instead of buying a bunny for this Equinox Celebration, come and share in this community event.

This traditionally is celebrated as a time of cleansing, fertility and rebirth. During the Spring Equinox, the Celts celebrated the goddess, Eastre (aka Ostara). She is typically pictured carrying a rabbit and eggs which are symbols for fertility and birth.

We will have a festive event and picture taking with 6 adorable bunnies to share with your family!

Just as mantras, Gong, & meditations calm and quiet the mind, so does the presence and interaction of bunnies!

Bunnies have soothing magic and lessons of stillness as well as their infamous bunny binking when over-flowing with joy and playfulness.

I always say that there is nothing like the love of a bunny! Come experience the compassion and love of bunnies as we vibrate the cosmos together in unity with the animal kingdom!

Come experience the love, joy and play of a bunny at Kundalini Bunny Yoga!

We will be doing a Pranayam (breath technique) , Set of Kundalini Yoga poses (kriya) and Meditation for Kindness and Deep Relaxation!
