ST. GEORGE — Labor Day in St. George will be filled with the spirit of Aloha as the Dixie Aloha event will showcase the South Pacific’s finest talent for area residents.

The event will feature a night of laughter, music and dance from top international and local talent and exquisite Polynesian cuisine.

Held at the Dixie Center Garden Room, Dixie Aloha will feature:

• Augie T, Hawaii’s top comedian
• Moana Wolfgramm, leader singer of Grammy Award winners, The Jets
• Siva Pacifica, Southern Utah’s #1 Polynesian performance group
• Main O’hana Movement, Southern Utah’s premiere hip hop performance troupe

As an inaugural event, Dixie Aloha plans to develop into an annual luau for Southern Utah as it celebrates its growing Pacific Islander community and the many who have enjoyed visiting the South Pacific over the years.

“I’m looking forward to being with our friends and fans in Southern Utah”, says Moana Wolfgramm, of the popular 80’s group, The Jets, who are planning a reunion performance of The Jets later this year in November at the Dixie Center.
