The workshop, titled “Respect the Path,” will take place on Saturday, June 3, at the Santa Clara Library, and is free to everyone. It will offer women a transformative opportunity to overcome addictions, heal from abuse and betrayal trauma and break free from negative thought patterns.

Respect the Path Workshops are designed for women who are facing a wide range of emotional battles caused by their own addictions or those of their loved ones. It is a safe and supportive environment where attendees can learn to identify their inner strength, replace shadowy filters with faith-based perspectives and establish healthy boundaries along their recovery journey.

During the workshop, participants will gain valuable insights into addiction recovery and learn practical tools to regain control over their thoughts, leading to a healthier lifestyle for their mind, body and soul. Moreover, attendees will discover the path to reclaiming joy in their lives, emphasizing the importance of personal growth and self-belief.

Noel, the esteemed facilitator of Respect the Path Workshops, brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to her teachings. Having grown up in a challenging environment with addictive tendencies in her family, Noel’s path led her through her own battles with addiction and codependency.

However, through faith, determination and her deep-rooted belief in Christ, she found the strength to confront her demons and embark on a journey of recovery.

Noel’s unique perspective as an addict in recovery, coupled with her extensive experience as a facilitator and group leader in addiction recovery programs, has shaped her approach to helping women overcome their struggles. She has conducted more than 1,000 group workshops, each consisting of anywhere from four to 24 participants, over the past 12 years. Her authentic and life-saving insights have touched the lives of thousands of women, inspiring hope and transformation.

“Respecting the path requires us to open our minds to new concepts and ideas about how we think about what we are thinking about,” she said.

Her workshops not only address addiction recovery but also shed light on the destructive power of negative thought patterns. With a focus on personal accountability and self-discovery, she empowers women to break free from the cycle of addiction and reclaim their lives.
