ST. GEORGE — It’s time for a new episode of “What’s on the Menu” and another exciting new place to grab a bite to eat in Southern Utah. With fresh, seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients infusing every dish, Toastique offers a feel-good atmosphere all day long.

Toastique is a chic, rustic gourmet juice and toast bar that recently opened near the corner of Bluff Street and Sunset Boulevard in St. George. Host Sheldon Demke and special guest Ed Tracey stopped by and found that from the décor and vibe to the delicious food, everything is Instagram-worthy.

All menu items are made fresh daily, and owner Jace Espinoza prepared three amazing entrées for Demke and Tracey to enjoy. They started with the mango tango bowl, a tropical delight that combines a blend of mango, pineapple, lime, agave and coconut water with strawberries, coconut, pineapple, dried mango, granola, a lime wedge and a drizzle of honey on top.

“The only thing that goes into our juices is whatever I can squeeze out of the fruit and vegetables itself,” Espinoza said.

The duo also tried two signature toasts: the PB crunch, which is honey-roasted peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, granola, chia seeds, honey and mint on raisin walnut bread, and the smoked salmon, featuring smoked pastrami salmon, herb cream cheese spread, thinly sliced cucumbers and seasoning on sourdough.
