ST. GEORGE — “What’s on the Menu” host Sheldon Demke has enjoyed smoothies and bowls at Jamba many times before, but every visit feels fresh and new thanks to their seemingly endless variety.
For this week’s episode, he visited Jamba’s St. George location with Lydia Lindquist to find some new favorites.

Jamba is currently offering another delicious seasonal smoothie, the Merry Orange Cranberry. It’s a cheerful blend of orange juice, orange sherbet and cranberry purée with a coconut whip at the bottom of the cup.
“I love coming to Jamba,” Demke said. “It’s literally one of my favorite things to do.”
Next, they tried the Orange-C Booster, with orange juice, orange sherbet, a vitamin C and zinc boost, peaches and bananas. It’s a delicious way to support your immune system during cold and flu season.
“I’m no doctor, but this has got to be good for you,” Lindquist said.
Jamba also serves up hot breakfast “handwiches” all day long. Demke and Lindquist tried the classic sausage, egg and cheese as well as the plant-based Impossible sausage.
