ST. GEORGE — It’s hard to find good help these days, but Grady Sinclair is always up to the task. In this episode of “Grady Clocks In,” he stopped by the Red Cliffs Mall to go a little bit crazy at Totally Nutz.
With the festive smell of roasted nuts drifting through the mall, Totally Nutz always makes Sinclair think of Christmas. Their mixture uses cinnamon, vanilla and sugar – simple, yet delicious.

After suiting up with an apron, manager Miles Barker guided Sinclair through the process of preparing a batch of nuts to roast. Then, he scooped and sealed bags for sale.
Totally Nutz uses only the finest nuts. They get their almonds from California, their pecans from Texas and their cashews all the way from Vietnam.
“It’s the most amazing product ever,” Barker said. “We’ve got the best quality of nuts around. It’s just out of this world.”
Between roasting nuts, stocking shelves, hanging out free samples and ringing up customers, Sinclair kept business running smoothly at the kiosk all day long. He also canvassed the halls of the Red Cliffs Mall, exalting the delicious sweet and spicy nuts like a Dickensian town crier and drawing new customers in for a taste. In fact, what didn’t he do?
“It was great,” he said. “I learned so much. First of all, all these nuts come from all over the world, and they’re fantastic and they’re hand-picked for us.”
But would Barker invite him back?
