What’s on the Menu: Wing Nutz | Sponsored by CasaBlanca Resort & Casino

ST. GEORGE — Fall is a great time of year. Not only is the weather finally getting cooler, but it’s also football season, and that means game time food like wings, nachos and beer.

To celebrate all things football, “What’s on the Menu” host Sheldon Demke invited Devin Dixon with The Fan Sports Network to join him at Wing Nutz. They started with Demke’s go-to sports snack, nachos.

Dive into delicious finger foods with Sheldon and Devin at Wing Nutz in this week’s episode of “What’s on the Menu” in the media player above.

Chips, cheese, more chips, more cheese, pico de gallo, a Southwestern blend of corn and beans, freshly sliced jalapeños, olives, chicken and a little more cheese on top. Slather it with barbecue sauce and add a dollop of sour cream, and boom!

Next was the BLT sandwich, with perfectly crispy bacon and all the trimmings plus buffalo chips on the side.

“The bacon here is fantastic. That BLT was slappin’!” Demke said. “Of course, it comes with those buffalo chips. Love the buffalo chips. How can you not love buffalo chips?”

Everything at Wing Nutz is baked, not fried. Demke and Dixon ordered 10 traditional wings: five with regular sauce and five with chili garlic.

“If you’ve been around the country and had wings, the wings are getting smaller and smaller, but Wing Nutz wings are full of meat,” Dixon said. “If you come to Wing Nutz and haven’t had their wings, you’re going to love them, I promise.”

With live music every Wednesday and Saturday night and karaoke every Friday night, Wing Nutz is the perfect local watering hole. They’re also giving away two jerseys every Thursday night during halftime during football season. Touchdown!
