Based in St. George, Servo is a web platform combining the convenience of online shopping with reliable, friendly service. It’s a one-stop shop for customers to price, schedule and pay for the services they need.
Servo currently offers seven home and auto services in the greater St. George area, which includes Washington City, Hurricane, Santa Clara and Ivins. Customers can book the following:

The brain behind Servo is founder Spencer Heywood, a bright young entrepreneur who started Ease window cleaning in Logan in 2019. He helped grow the business to three branches with over 15 employees before selling his portion of the company to his partners. He used the profits, as well as the knowledge and experience he gained, to launch Servo.
“Servo has been my dream since high school,” he said. “I wrote a business plan right out of high school before I went on my mission.”
Servo partners with locally owned and operated businesses rather than corporations and franchises. And unlike larger websites, the platform doesn’t take a hefty chunk of the customer’s payment as commission. Servo takes over unwanted administrative tasks for small businesses while keeping 90% or more of all revenue within the local community.
Owing to his background in the cleaning industry, Heywood prioritized ease of use for service providers when designing Servo.
“I wanted it to make a lot of sense for customers as well,” he said. “They book it themselves right on the website, then the service provider shows up at that day and time. It’s really that simple.”
Heywood said most customers book more than one service at checkout, adding that multiple services can be scheduled for the same day or different days. Servo allows customers to view every service provider’s appointment book in real-time, eliminating scheduling conflicts.
Not only is the site faster and easier than trying to book an appointment by phone, but customers often receive better scheduling options because the service providers give priority scheduling to Servo.

In the near future, Servo will be adding a mobile oil change service as well as yard care, laundry, sanitation and pet waste removal. Heywood said he’s approached at least once a week by companies wanting to join the platform and believes the growth potential is truly limitless.
“There’s a lot of opportunity here,” he added. “I love living in St. George, and I want to make it work here first.”
