CONTRIBUTED CONTENT — Start your engines, Southern Utah. Eureka Casino Resort in Mesquite, Nevada is teaming up with Stephen Wade Auto Center to help two lucky winners drive away in their dream car during The Big Ride.

“Casinos are known for doing car giveaways, but we decided to take it a step further,” Eureka Casino Resort spokesperson Ashleigh Mark said. “We want to give people a choice.”

The Big Ride runs through April 2. Two grand prize winners will each receive $50,000 to use at any Stephen Wade dealership.

The winners can use their credit however they wish, Mark said. If they’d prefer to split it between two cars worth roughly $25,000 each, they can. Or maybe they want to put the entire $50,000 toward the purchase price of a luxury vehicle.

Participants must be part of Eureka’s Gold Club to accumulate points as they play slot machines. Players receive one entry into the weekly drawing for every 1,000 points earned, which they must print at the kiosk and deposit into the drawing barrel.

Weekly cash drawings will be held Thursdays between 3-7 p.m. PST and from 1-9 p.m. PST on Fridays and Saturdays. Each week, 24 winners are entered into the grand prize drawing.

“There aren’t a lot of hoops to jump through,” Mark said. “You just play and earn points and win entries.”

Players must be present for the final drawing on April 9 starting at 6 p.m. PST to win the grand prize.

If you don’t have a Gold Club card yet, visit a VIP host to sign up for free and start earning points every time you play slots and tables. Mark said the Gold Club is Mesquite’s premier players club, with rewards including free food and drink, complimentary rooms and invitations to exclusive tournaments and special events. Points can also be used on local golf and retail.

Eureka previously partnered with Stephen Wade Auto Center in 2019 to give away $50,000 in dealership credit to one grand prize winner. Similar promotions planned for the following years were put on hold as the casino navigated the pandemic. Now, with COVID-19 in their rearview mirror, Mark said they’re excited to make The Big Ride even better than before.

Offering the largest selection of new and used vehicles in St. George, Stephen Wade Auto Center features 13 brands with makes and models to fit every lifestyle, all conveniently located on the same block. The Stephen Wade family of dealerships includes Nissan, Toyota, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Honda, Mazda and Mercedes-Benz.

“We’re Southern Utah’s auto mall,” said Jamie Bahlmann, public relations director for Stephen Wade Auto Center. “The winners can browse all seven of our dealerships and get what they truly want. They have lots of options to choose from.”

Eureka was founded in 1997 by the Lee family and sold to the employees in 2015, making it Nevada’s first 100% employee-owned casino. For multiple years, Eureka has been named one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Medium Workplaces” and a “Great Place to Work” certified company.

Eureka Casinos also operates the Rising Star Sports Ranch in Mesquite as well as Eureka Las Vegas and The Brook, a casino in Seabrook, New Hampshire. The dedication of their employee-owners to hard work extends to each and every guest and the communities they serve.
