ST. GEORGE — A large-scale multi-agency undercover operation targeting drug traffickers that took place over two days this week led to the arrest of 17 individuals and the seizure of more than three kilograms of methamphetamine and thousands of fentanyl pills.

2 crashes occur in 2 hours on same St. George street corner

ST. GEORGE — St. George Police and firefighters spent a lot of their time at the corner of Dixie Drive and 600 West early Friday afternoon. Within a span of two hours, two crashes occurred, each involving two vehicles, at the same corner that has the entrance to the Thunder Junction All Abilities Park to the east and the entry to the Tonaquint neighborhoods on the other.

Out of town visitor arrested for stealing master key to enter 3 rooms at area hotel

ST. GEORGE — Officers arrested a Chinese national after they investigated a suspicious person who was found in one of the rooms by the hotel’s housekeeping department, and officers later learned it was one of three different rooms the man had reportedly entered over the weekend.
