ST. GEORGE — Whether you prefer your ice cream in a cone, pint, sundae, shake or chocolate-covered pop, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream will make it unforgettably delicious.
What’s on the Menu host Sheldon Demke rounded up an excited group of kids to explore all the creamy treats being served at Handel’s St. George location on Bluff Street.

“Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream is every kid’s dream,” Demke said. “I’ve never seen these kids so happy!”
With gluten-free and dairy-free options, there’s something for everyone. Demke let the kids pick out anything they wanted, and they took full advantage.
Handel’s is the perfect place for families to celebrate an accomplishment or share a pick-me-up after a tough day.
“That’s what this is all about,” Handel’s manager Weston Yardley said. “We love to have kids, families, you name it.”
Handel’s doesn’t skimp when it comes to variety. All of their 48 flavors, which include butter pecan, cherry vanilla and mint chocolate chip, are made fresh daily in the store.
With so many options to choose from, Handel’s has the perfect solution if you just can’t make up your mind. The sampler offers four hefty scoops of any flavors you want.
Since opening in the summer of 2020, Handel’s has been dishing out happiness to Southern Utah one scoop at a time. It’s no surprise they were voted the community’s favorite ice cream parlor in last year’s Best of Southern Utah contest.
