About Jack Grosko
Jack Grosko spent most of his life working as an aircraft structures engineer, but in 2003, he decided to pursue other interests in sports, nature and travel.
As these travel opportunities became more frequent, his “casual” interest in photography turned more serious, accelerated by advancements in digital photography technologies.
Grosko has been fortunate to have had many occasions to travel to foreign destinations as well as to many locations within the United States, but now focuses primarily on Southern Utah. In 2017, he wanted to be closer to the southeast geology that had captured his interest and decided to move with his wife, Shannon, to Washington.
His work emphasizes the beauty and amazement present in the natural landscape and light but also covers the diversity and uniqueness of the plants and animals that often go unnoticed. His website features landscape vistas, various scenes, flowers, animals (large and small) and particularly displays many of our amazing national parks.
Grosko said he hopes his photography takes you to “great places.”
