Based on the complaint, officers secured a search warrant for the room at a hotel located on St. George Boulevard. Police found multiple substances, including alleged narcotics, according the probable cause statements related to the incident.

“During the search I was able to locate several items of controlled substance including a white crystals substance, (a) brown powder like substance, (a) black sticky tar substance, mushrooms, and several miscellaneous pills,” an officer involved the arrest wrote in the statements.

The substances are believed to be methamphetamine, heroin and psychedelic mushrooms. The pills found are believed to be methadone, oxycodone, oxycodone hydrochloride and amphetamine.

Along with the drugs, officers found several digital scales in the hotel room, $200 in cash and a blue notebook.

“While looking in the notebook I was able to locate several areas where it lists information regarding the drug sale transactions made with other people,” the officer wrote.

The two were arrested and booked into the Washington County Purgatory Correctional Facility and charged with multiple felonies including drug possession and possession of drug with the intent to distribute.

The two have since been released on bail with a pending court date of Jun. 11.

Persons arrested or charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.

Really? Based on a complaint? I would really like to know who “complained” . Some drug attics complained because when they went to the room to obtain drugs, and there were too many?

Good point Mike P. Either they did not put out the “Do not disturb” sign, while going out for grub, i.e. discovered by maid, OR, they were reported by one of their customers. Whatever the case, looks like they had the full gamut of drugs except Weed. Weed has odor, so ruling that out, I would say undercover ops, in the house. One of their customers was likely an informant. I see lots of jail time as scales were found. Not sure why gal is smiling, as when the shrooms wear off possibly, reality won’t be pretty.
