UPDATED Dixie Republicans host town hall on Obamacare, health care reforms

UPDATED Jan. 25  – The Dixie Republican Forum town hall meeting on Obamacare repeal has been changed to Tuesday to accommodate Rep. Chris Stewart’s schedule. He will be participating via remote video link. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the same location.

ST. GEORGE – The Dixie Republican Forum will host a town hall meeting Jan. 31 at 7 p.m. on the issue of congressional repeal of Obamacare and proposed health insurance reforms.

The meeting will be held at the Washington County Commission Chambers, 197 E. Tabernacle in St. George.

Members of Congressman Chris Stewart’s staff will be participating to give the latest information on what is happening in Washington, D.C., and to answer audience questions. Rep. Stewart will also be participating via remote video link. The meeting is open to the public.

The Dixie Republican Forum provides monthly educational meetings and opportunities for activism.

Ed. note: An earlier version of this report stated the meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 25; however, the meeting was rescheduled to Jan. 31 to accommodate Rep. Stewart’s schedule.
