WASHINGTON — Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Utahns living in Washington County can get free help finding health insurance that works for them at the “St. George Family Festival and Health Event,” sponsored by the Southern Utah Pacific Islander Coalition and Take Care Utah. The event will be held at the Washington County Community Center Reception Center located at 350 N. Community Center Dr. in Washington City.

Trained experts will be available to answer questions and help people sign up for a plan that works best for them. All services are free.

How ironic, this group is trying to find affordable health care for the citizens of this community while our representatives in Congress are doing all they can to destroy it. Eventually we will join the rest of the civilized world and provide single-payer health care for all of our citizens.
