WASHINGTON CITY —  One person received minor injuries when two vehicles collided in front of Wal-Mart in Washington Monday night.

Just before 10 p.m. a white Toyota SUV was westbound on Telegraph. Washington Police Department spokesman Ed Kantor said the driver of the Toyota went to make a left turn into Wal-Mart and collided with an eastbound gray passenger car.

The passenger car contained three males. One of the men complained of bumping his nose, Kantor said, but no one in either vehicle was transported to the hospital.

No citations were issued at the scene, Kantor said.

“(Officers found) no independent witnesses or corroborating evidence,” he said. “That might have been why there was no enforcement action taken at this time.”

Both vehicles deployed airbags and both were towed from the scene. All vehicle occupants were wearing their seat belts.

This report is based on preliminary information provided by law enforcement and may not contain the full scope of findings.

this to me sounds like a obvious third reason for accidents in saint george area, #3, the old no blinkers reason, the other reasons are 1# cell phones, #2 tailgating. And for some reason more than 75% of saint george residents prefer to drive without the use of the blinker?
The drivers of Saint George, are the absolute worst drivers I have ever seen in my travels throughout my life time, There is no reason there should be a accident at that intersection at that time of day, it is like the people around here have had their bodies taken over by aliens and they cannot focus on the simple task at hand of driving, its like invasion of the body snatchers, what is wrong with these people? Where are their minds? Its comparable to a form of brain washment , or maybe subliminal programming. What is occupying all these peoples minds in the Saint George area, that they cannot seem to stay focused on the task at hand of driving?

Fun bag has the answers for this…

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, folks who complain about SG drivers have never driven in Texas or Florida. My experience here has been that people not signaling is the exception, not the rule. (they’re probably from TX!) I’ll admit that I am rarely out during rush hour. One other thing…There’s defensive driving and strategic driving, though it probably didn’t apply in this accident. No one forces you to make a left turn onto Bluff between 100 South and Sunset. Same goes for St George Blvd. Find an intersection with a traffic light.

I have driven in most parts of both Texas and Florida, and have to truthfully say Saint George is the absolute worst, and I will even say that it is worse than Mexico City and Panama city, Panama, and will add many places in Europe.
I repeat, it is like these people are all day-dreaming or who knows what they are thinking about, but they are sure preoccupied.

I’m to busy to turn my blinker on. I’m on the phone and enjoying my Double Quarter Pounder and large fries and sipping on my large soda while looking over some paperwork from work…

…..And you’re accident free. You must not be brainwashed and drinking the kool aid.

I don’t drink kool aid..there is nothing more enjoyable than a couple of cold beers and watching a movie while taking a drive in the countryside. I always put the car in cruise control and use the rear view mirror so I can trim my nose hairs

I meant not drinking the kool aid. HaHaHa don’t forget to shave while driving.
