WASHINGTON COUNTY – Utah Highway Patrol troopers responded to a report of a rollover on northbound Interstate 15 at milepost 34, just north of the Ranch Exit for Snowfield, shortly after noon Saturday.
When troopers arrived on the scene, they found a tan passenger car in the median that had rolled and come to rest on its side, Joe Dougherty, of the Utah Department of Public Safety, said. The car was eventually set upright by passersby who stopped and flipped the vehicle back on its wheels.
No other other vehicles were involved in the incident, nor was traffic impacted beyond motorists occasionally slowing to glance at the accident.
The driver, a woman, was transported to Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George by ambulance, complaining of numbness in the legs, Dougherty said.
The vehicle was towed from scene.
Utah Highway Patrol, Washington County Sheriff’s Office, and Gold Cross Ambulance all responded to the incident.
