Sister Sabrina Faye Hammon passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on October 22, 2014, at the age of 2 years. Sabrina led a valiant fight against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia that began at the tender age of 9 months.
She was born on June 14th 2012, in St. George, Utah, to Douglas and Esther Hammon. Sabrina expressed her deep love for her family often and could quickly brighten a room even while undergoing intense medical treatment. She loved being outdoors (especially while in the swing) and had a unique fondness for Owls. She was exceptionally interactive and seemed wise beyond her years.
Sabrina has taught her family and loved ones that life is precious and faith in Christ essential. She has touched the lives of many people. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
She is survived by her parents and four siblings; Alexandra, Clara, Diana and Douglas.
Funeral Services
- Funeral services will be on Saturday, Oct. 25, at 1 p.m. in the Holm School Building, 1050 Carling Street, Hildale, Utah.
- A visitation will be on Saturday, Oct. 25 from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., prior to services.
- Interment will be in the Holm Family Cemetery, Colorado City, Arizona.
