MESQUITE, Nevada – Police arrested three people on drug and counterfeit charges last week following an investigation.
The Mesquite Police narcotics detectives executed a search warrant at a Mesquite residence Thursday, which concluded a lengthy investigation, according to a statement from the Mesquite Police Department.
“The investigation resulted with a seizure of prescription narcotics, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, US currency, counterfeit/forged dollar bills, and the arrest of three adults,” the police said in the statement.
Maria Bryant, 50, of Mesquite, Nevada, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, one felony count of conspiracy to sell methamphetamine, a misdemeanor count for drug paraphernalia, and 26 felony counts of possession of forged currency.
Delani Frickberg, 30, also of Mesquite, Nevada, was arrested and charged with felony counts of possession of Lortab and methamphetamine, and a felony count of conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act.
David Pilson, 51, of Bullhead City, Arizona, was arrested and charged with three counts of felony drug trafficking involving Lortab, a felony count of possession of methamphetamine, and a felony for conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act.
Persons arrested or charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.
