STGNews, KCSG, Southern Utah Live team up for tonight’s TripleCast

ST. GEORGE — St. George News and Southern Utah LIVE will begin live broadcast coverage of 3AA South high school football tonight at 7 pm. as the Springville Red Devils will challenge Dixie Flyers at Dixie High School’s Walt Brooks Stadium.

Tonight’s broadcast will be called by Mike McGary and Devin Dixon of Cherry Creek Radio. In addition, the Region 9 High School Roundtable, hosted by Dixon and Andy

Griffin, will stream live each Tuesday with highlights, stats and interviews from the week’s games. Both broadcasts will be streamed live on, and live on Sports Radio ESPN 106.1 FM.

It will also air on KCSG-TV statewide on Direct-TV 44, Dish Network 37, Baja Cable 6, Reliance Cable 6, and Comcast Cable 116. The show will be available later free on demand on and can be watched on smartphone, tablet, laptop & computer.

With new cameras, Community Education Channel (CEC) introduces high definition coverage of high school sports this year. Ten high school football and 10 high school basketball games are scheduled for live local television coverage and internet streaming. In addition, Southern Utah LIVE at and St. George News at returns with “Roundtable,” a weekly review of local athletics highlights.

The Southern Utah LIVE Television Network represents a partnership between the Community Education Channel (CEC), Dixie State University (DSU), Baja Broadband, and VODDOV Inc. (Southern Utah LIVE). Marcus Farnsworth is producer of this broadcast, with David Harris, Ph.D., serving as Executive Producer.

Additionally, Cherry Creek Radio and STGNews will broadcast a radio-only game every week on 890-AM KDXU. Tonight’s radio-only broadcast features the Snow Canyon Warriors hosting the Copper Hills Grizzlies with Griffin on play by play and Rick Berry providing color commentary.
