MOHAVE COUNTY, Arizona – Two people were arrested in Littlefield, Arizona, Wednesday on stolen property and drug charges.
As a part of an ongoing joint investigation between the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Land Management into stolen property, a search warrant was issued for a residence in the 3700 block of Virgin Rio Road, the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office said in a press statement.
Sheriff’s deputies and BLM agents arrived at the home around 7 a.m. Wednesday and encountered Brandon Doyle, 42, of St. George, and Tara Melissa Craft, 34, of Littlefield, Arizona. The two were told about the warrant, and a car on the property was searched. According to the statement, deputies and agents found what is alleged to be a camera stolen from a BLM archaeological site.
Rachel Tueller, a spokesperson for the BLM Arizona Strip Field Office, confirmed the BLM assisted the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office in an Archaeological Resources Protection Act investigation. She was unable to comment further due to the ongoing nature of the investigation.
The search continued, and alleged methamphetamine, marijuana and numerous items of drug paraphernalia were found. Doyle and Craft were both taken into custody and transported to the Mesquite Detention Center.
Doyle was booked on felony charges related to possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with physical evidence. He was also charged with a misdemeanor for theft
Craft was booked on felony charges related to possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Persons arrested or charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.

Boy, Mohave county’s been in the news a lot this summer. Glad there’s cops working down.
Great work MCSO/BLM.
Hopefully Bundy is next!
So its wrong to steal the BLMs camera, but the BLM can steal millions of acres in the west upon politicians request for personal gain? Hmmm. Got it. The BLM is more corrupt than the criminals. With their leader Harry Ried and his man puppet at the helm. I understand these people were a couple of low life’s. But do you fools really think the Blm is on the side of protecting the wests natural resources? Or just another gun toting federal agency who is constantly overstepping their boundaries? Why again does another federal agency who was formed to manage land need a full blown swat team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????? Isn’t that what the sheriffs are supposed to do? Except for Gillespie of course. Pathetic waste of a badge.
Meth in Beaver Dam, say it aint so! Great work by the cops taking down drug dealers.
