ST. GEORGE – Community members are invited to join Southern Utah LIVE Television Network during the tapings of its upcoming lineup of shows in Washington County.

“Southern Utah Chef”

Monday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Brandon Beneventi and Lori Hanna, of Perks! Espresso and Smoothies, will be guests on “Southern Utah Chef,” sharing refreshing cold beverage recipes with audience members and viewers. The new host of “Southern Utah Chef” will also be announced during the show.

Seating for this taping is limited. Audience members are asked to reserve seats in advance by emailing [email protected] and include in the email how many guests will be in their party.

Filming of the show will take place from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Jennings Building on the Dixie State University campus, 225 S. 700 East in St. George. Audience members are asked to be seated 15 minutes before show time.

Days of ’47 Live

On Thursday, July 24, Southern Utah LIVE will once again team up with KCSG and St. George News to broadcast live community event coverage. The three entities will collaborate to air the Days of ’47 Dixie parade in Washington City from 9-11 a.m. The television broadcast booth will be located at 100 East and Telegraph Street, and attendees are invited to stop by the broadcast tent during the event.

The Days of ’47 Dixie parade will air on KCSG-TV that day and can be seen statewide on DirecTV channel 44, Dish Network channel 37, Baja Broadband channel 6, Reliance Connects channel 6 and Comcast channel 116; the event will additionally stream live on the Internet at southernutahLIVE.com and stgnews.com.

“EleVate – The Show”

On Wednesday, July 30, Southern Utah LIVE introduces “EleVate – The Show,” a brand new program featuring John Yohman, formerly of the Biggest Loser Resort in Malibu, California. Yohman, fitness instructor and host of the show, currently owns EleVate Retreats in the Kayenta community of Ivins.

“EleVate – The Show” is produced by Sheldon Demke.

Filming of the show will take place from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Jennings Building on the Dixie State University campus. Audience members are asked to be seated 15 minutes before show time.

“The New You”

In a rescheduled time slot, “The New You” fitness show with Lorri Soqui, of Summit Athletic Club, will be filmed Friday, Aug. 8. In addition to fitness, the show now features a new healthy eating segment.

Filming of the show will take place from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Jennings Building on the Dixie State University campus. Audience members are asked to be seated 15 minutes before show time.

Children 10 years and older are welcome at all show tapings.
