MOHAVE COUNTY, Ariz. – Monday, a truck driver was arrested for felony possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia by Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies when her semitruck became stuck in the sand on a four-wheeler trail.
Around 6:08 p.m., deputies responded to an area south of Desert Springs, Arizona, where a semitruck had reportedly become stuck and was blocking traffic. Brenda Kay Dawson, 45, of Henderson, Nevada, was identified as the driver of the semitruck, which was stuck in the sand on an ATV trail and was blocking the entrance and exit to the roadway. Dawson told deputies she had been traveling from Henderson and decided to stop off at the river in Littlefield, Arizona. She said her semitruck became stuck as she was driving down the road leading to the river.
Dawson consented to let deputies search her vehicle, according to a press release from the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, and seven syringes were found containing liquid. A field test confirmed the syringes contained methamphetamine.
Dawson was taken into custody without incident, according to the press release, and was transported and booked into the Mesquite Jail in nearby Mesquite, Nevada. Multiple tow trucks had to be used to get the semitruck unstuck from the sand.
Persons arrested or charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.

Excuse me? Driving a semi tractor on a 4wheeler trail? How high was she?
What a complete, total moron this person must be!
Only in Beaver Dam! Funny yet sad at the same time. Scary to think she was on the main roads at some point.
Whoa! This is an example of some of the truckers who sail past me in the Gorge?
