ST. GEORGE — A St. George woman was arrested Tuesday on public lewdness charges when she allegedly began to remove her clothes at Swig.
Jennafer Hughes, 33, began to remove her clothing at Swig, located at 300 W. St. George Blvd., around 7 p.m. Tuesday, St. George Police Sgt. Sam Despain said.
Police officers don’t believe intoxication led to Hughes removing her clothing, Despain said, but she was booked on an intoxication charge in addition to her lewdness charges. Children were also present when Hughes allegedly disrobed.
Police are unaware of her doing something like this in the past, Despain said.
Hughes was charged with lewdness involving a child, a class-A misdemeanor, lewdness, a class-B misdemeanor, and other charges.
Persons arrested or charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.

I wonder if this would have been a problem at the One & Only bar. I went there once, and the music they played was extremely crude. This behavior would have fit in well with that music.
Yea because bars are universally known for bring clean, well maintained and quiet places of repute.
I think I would have tossed up my Swig drink if I had seen that.
I feel so sad for her 8 yr old daughter, who was with her at the time and apparently tried several times to pull her moms pants up and keep her shirt down. What a shame. I hope this woman gets the help she needs, but I believe this child needs a chance to have a better life than this woman can currently give her.
