Spring into vegetable gardening; USU horticulturist Rick Heflebower free community workshop

ST. GEORGE – Spring into vegetable gardening with Utah State University Extension horticulturist Rick Heflebower at a free community workshop on Saturday.

The workshop will be held at the Tonaquint Nature Center at 10 a.m. It is sponsored by the Washington County Water Conservancy District.

Heflebower will discuss planting dates, how to plant, what works best as starts or seeds, and plant water-needs. Learn how to make this climate work for your vegetables.
