ST. GEORGE – Dixie State University’s weekly noontime “Dixie Forum: A Window on the World” series continues Tuesday with a presentation entitled “Law Literacy 101” given by Nathan Langston and Kevin D. Swenson, attorneys with the law firm of Robert J. Debry and Associates. The forum will be held in the Dunford Auditorium of the Browning Resource Center on the DSU campus. The lecture is free and open to the public.

A St. George native, Langston joined Robert J. Debry and Associates in 2013, specializing in personal injury law. He is a Dixie High School and Dixie State alumnus who went on to earn his bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Utah. Swenson, who joined the firm in 2010, is also a graduate of the U of U’s College of Law and has practiced law for over 20 years.

The Dixie Forum is a lecture series designed to introduce Dixie students, faculty, and the St. George community to diverse ideas and personalities and to widen their world views. Dixie students can earn one college credit by signing up for HUM 1000, attending lectures regularly, carefully considering the ideas expressed, and writing about the presentations.
