ST. GEORGE — The search continues for missing St. George teen, Amanda Artrup, last seen Jan. 5. Family and friends are organizing a prayer vigil for Amanda Artrup’s safe return, to be held Saturday at 5 p.m. at the 1100 East Park in St. George near Harmon’s Grocery Store.

“We will have a prayer then follow that with a balloon release that will have her flyer attached to it,” Audra Bennion, St. George advocate for the Center for Search & Investigation said. “We believe that the power of prayer can move mountains so praying for her safety and return could be the key that helps get her found and brought home. The hope is that this vigil/release will also bring more attention and awareness to her being missing and in turn bring in more leads.”

There have been no new leads, Amanda’s mother, Mindi Artrup, said on Tuesday. She would love for this vigil event to be shared, she said.
