ST. GEORGE — Joann Forrest’s lost cat Snuggles was thought to be found yesterday but turned out not to be Snuggles. Snuggles escaped after a car accident on Interstate 15 near Leeds that Forrest was involved in. Cynde Dial provided a photo of the cat found in the area last night, thought to be Snuggles; upon showing the photo to Forrest, he was determined not to be Snuggles.
The search for Snuggles continues and several people have reported that they are still looking. “Everyone has been so sweet and so nice,” Forrest said. “Oh I hope people will keep looking.”
Snuggles, pictured below, is an older male cat, with tan and charcoal colors. If anyone finds Snuggles, please contact Zion Veterinary Clinic in Hurricane at telephone 435-635-4033.

How does a guy react to a woman telling him her kitty is named “Snuggles”?
A REAL MAN isn’t going to be bothered by it at all.
Thank you St George news for posting this and to all of the compassionate people who are looking for this sweet lady’s cat. So hopeful we can find Snuggles for her soon!
i’m compelled to go look.. will tomarrow i think.. hope we find her kitty.. i love my kitties so much, i know she is worried sick.
We parked at the Red Cliffs Recreation Area Trailhead parking area and walked north above the west side of I-15 to a flood catch basin almost half way to the homes in that area using flashlights to reflect kitty’s eyes and did not see anything.
I will personally buy a beer for the finder of Snuggles.
I wasn’t aware of this situation until today. I saw a cat much like this one by my house yesterday. I will look when I get back home.
Searched along the west side of I-15 from MM 22 to MM 20 today. At least 4 drainage pipes go under both sides of I-15 that Snuggles could have gone through to the East side and Harrisburg area.
