IVINS – Ivins No Kill Animal Supporters is hosting its annual Fur & Purr Bash, Saturday, from 6-9 p.m., at the world renowned Red Mountain Resort with an evening of fun and entertainment for attendees and supporters of the Ivins No Kill Animal Shelter.
The goal for the fund raising evening is to raise funds to continue supporting the animals at the shelter.
With 100 attendees anticipated at The Fur & Purr Bash, participants will enjoy the sounds of the Johnny Van Band and the culinary delights of Red Mountain Resort’s Chef Chad Luethje. A fundraising silent auction will take place featuring handmade items and art from the local area. Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased in advance by calling Barbara Rusick at 435-656-4970.

Established in 2010, INKAS has actively helped in promoting the shelter and its no-kill philosophy. Through its networking efforts, INKAS has assisted with finding homes for pets. INKAS continues to work with the shelter on physical improvements, such as, outdoor shade structures and feline quarantine cages. They also provide special animal food, toys, treats and other items to make shelter life a better experience for the animals in search of a new home.
