SOTHERN UTAH – H&S Performance is teaming up with Flo Pro, Off Road Sports, and SGMX to bring you the Second Annual Fall Fuel Fest, Saturday, at the SGMX Motoproving Ground in St. George.
From utility task vehicles, motocross, diesel dyno competitions and freestyle motocross, Fall Fuel Fest is a multisport, horsepower-packed event. With $75,000 in cash and prizes, and this year’s addition of “Tuff Truck racing,” Fall Fuel Fest will be bringing in hundreds of top competitors.
With one of the toughest courses ever built, the bike and the UTV classes will battle through the carnage as they fight for big cash prizes. Going even further and over the top from last year’s event, a freestyle motocross crew is set to deliver a wild and crazy show not to be missed, and attendees will have the opportunity to see it all up close and personal. Attendees are also invited to show up early for autographs.
World Record attempts
Two world record long jump attempts are scheduled for this Saturday’s Fuel Fest. One attempt will be to set a world record in a Daugherty Racing Lucas Oil Pro Light race truck, and the other will be to break the current UTV record. Hoping to make history, WORCS National Champion Ryan Piplic will be going for the “side Side by Side world record distance jump in his 2014 Polaris 1000. He is shooting for 160 feet, and the Fuel Fest will provide the space and venue to help make it happen.
Dyno Competition
Watch as the highest horsepower diesel trucks in the world compete in a Horse Power Dyno competition. With more cash at stake than any Dyno competition in the nation, competitors give it their all to win. With stock to unlimited classes, and a chance to win cash and prizes, this competition will be fun to compete in and exciting to watch. There will also be a chassis Dyno on-site to measure the true power these diesel trucks are putting to the ground. Attendees are welcome to bring their own truck to find out what kind of power they are making, or simply sit back and watch the action.
Ultimate Moto Challenge
It is ultimate exhaustion and ultimate reward thrown into one … the Ultimate Moto Challenge race has no constraints. There is no skill level or moto discipline requirement. From beginner to professional, this is a race where anyone is welcome, and everyone can enjoy.
Any level of rider will have the opportunity to experience the thrill and excitement of a nationally known race, and will also have the opportunity to ride along side their heroes. And of course, anyone gets the chance to take home the glory and the cash.
Ultimate UTV Challenge
The UTV Off Road Race, which takes place on the MOTOX GP track, is loaded with challenges and obstacles. Whether competing or watching, this course is intense from start to finish. The event is scheduled to have two qualifying races with one main event.
Tuff Truck Ultimate Challenge
It is suggested that this will be the most thrilling and entertaining 45 minutes in motorsports. Tuff Trucks are just what the name implies – mild to wild race trucks tackling the Ultimate Off Road course right in front of attendees. Spectators will have the opportunity to watch these trucks jump, crash and smash the obstacles on their way to winning the $1,000 cash prize.
