One of the many Dixie Homecoming traditions is the annual parade, which will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26.

The line-up for the parade will begin at 9 a.m., while the parade itself will start at 10 a.m. This year’s Homecoming Parade will follow a new route, traveling west on 100 South from the DSU campus on 700 East, and finishing on Main Street.

Other activities on that day include the annual DSU Hall of Fame induction ceremony at the St. George Tabernacle, the free DSU Tailgate Party at the Wade Alumni House, and the DSU football game vs. Humboldt State at Hansen Stadium.

Individuals, businesses, or civic organizations wishing to place entries in the parade are asked to contact Deb Millet at 435-652-7514 or email at [email protected], or the DSU parade entry application page.

Entry forms must be turned in by 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 7.
