Why are clown zombies part of a rodeo parade?
    .
Why is that child taking candy from a stranger?
    .
Why is one woman holding a “Disneyland” sign, and another holding a sign for the 2002 olympic games?
    .
Why is there a photo of a horse’s patootie? Is that because the REAL Sen. Lee couldn’t attend?
    .
    Looks like people had fun.

The horse patootie might be a political visual representation of the crap of the city council

I couldn’t differentiate between the Zombie Clowns and the Washington County Republicans? Which ones are the real clowns?
