Runners seminar: What to expect on race day; St. George Marathon

ST. GEORGEDixie Regional Medical Center’s Sports Performance Training Center is partnering with the St. George Running Center and the City of St. George to offer tips and expertise to help runners prepare for the St. George Marathon at a free lecture on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

The lecture will be held at the Sports Performance Training gym in the Dixie Regional Health & Performance Center on the hospital campus. Door prizes will be provided.

Kami Ellsworth, St. George Marathon race operations manager, will lead the presentation and discuss what to expect on race day for the 2013 St. George Marathon from the start to the finish line. Participants are invited to bring any questions they may have about anything related to the marathon and accompanying expo. For more information, please call 435-251-3793.
