ST. GEORGE – Thursday brought Southern Utah’s Summer Solstice – at 11:04 p.m. according to timeanddate.com – and by tomorrow morning, the  “supermoon,” also called the “honey moon” by pagan cultures, will be in its full phase at its closest point to the earth all year.

Whatever one wants to call it, this moon is large and inviting and many are out with cameras simple and great aiming for that winning shot.
