ST. GEORGE – The 2013 Miss St. George beauty pageant has concluded and the four winners announced.
The 2013 Miss St. George royalty are: Miss St. George Teddi Cox of Desert Hills High School, 1st Attendant Martha Brown of Desert Hills High School, 2nd Attendant Hillary Beecher of Pine View High School and Miss Congeniality Sara Moss of Desert Hills High School.
The Miss St. George Pageant searches annually for academically advanced, talented and driven young women worthy of a college scholarship. The ideal candidate is an intelligent, hardworking girl who can be dedicated to the duties of holding one of the pageant’s four titles. Volunteer service and a willingness to better the community are a must.
A fundraising event will be held June 15 in the parking lots of Lin’s Marketplace in St. George in an effort to raise money to build the royalty a parade float. Donation items are currently being sought. For more information contact Jill Bailey, the pageant director, at 435-414-4048.
