ST. GEORGE – The attorney for two people involved in a high-speed chase through three states that ended in St. George Jan. 30, was in court on behalf of his clients today.
Attorney Trevor Terry represents Timothy Tyler Andrew Walker, 33, and Raelle Hann McDonald, 29, both of Hermosa Beach, Calif. His clients were originally slated to appear before Judge Eric Ludlow in Fifth District Court Tuesday, though both have been rescheduled to March 11.
Walker and McDonald face a series of class B and class C misdemeanors related to drug possession and alcohol. They also face two drug-related third felonies each. In addition to these charges, Walker also faces a class B misdemeanor for DUI, and a third degree felony for fleeing from police. They were both released on bail that same evening, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s website.
Walker is a former NASCAR racer who was suspended from racing in 2007 for violating the association’s drug policy.

It’s a shame. He had it all and threw it away. I am glad she was not hurt. He needs some extreme discipline with bubba in jail for a while.
