BRIAN HEAD – This month only, Brian Head Resort is offering the “Students of the Snow” college discount.

The offer allows any currently enrolled college student to purchase a lift ticket for only $20, rather than the standard $49 full day or $40 half-day rate, plus a 10 percent discount on food at the Giant Steps Lodge and Navajo Lodge. Students must present student identification in order to receive the discount. It is valid Monday through Thursday.

“Your college years should be memorable,” said Josh Madsen, the newly appointed sales and marketing manager of Brian Head Resort. “We want Brian Head Resort to be part of those memories and experiences, so we are making the ticket price more accessible to the student population this month.”

Brian Head Resort offers guests access to 650 acres of trails with an average snowfall of 400 inches of light Utah powder. It features a ski and snowboard school, terrain parks, tubing and eight chair lifts. As of December 2012, the resort is under new ownership.
