Initial calls into county dispatch indicated the male subject, who was found to be the suspect, was outside the trailer of a 48-year-old man and was making threatening comments toward him. Dispatch received several calls from residents reporting what they believed to be gunshots.
Officers arrived and found the suspect at the scene and detained him for questioning. According to Utah code, an assault is aggravated when it uses a dangerous weapon (definitions apply) or other means or force likely to produce death or serious bodily injury.
The investigation is ongoing.

The RV Park is owned by Encore
Mr. Clemens, are you saying the name Horizon Trailer Park given us is incorrect or outdated?
The name of the park was both incorrect in name and purpose.
The name was St. George RV resort and it is not a trailer park. It is a RV park. Not permanent residency.
Directly after this incident it was sold to KOA.
Late but correct.
I am the victim.
