It was a dark and stormy night…
Halloween, though seemingly dominated by costumes and candy, is also a time when frightful stories of the supernatural and unexplained are unleashed and shared. St. George News wants to hear your real life stories of ghost, ghouls and goblins! Your story will be featured on St. George News in the days leading up to Halloween, or on Halloween itself. So go ahead, do your best to scare us!
Submitted stories will be run between Oct. 25 and Oct. 31.
Please send your stories to [email protected] with “My Halloween Story” in the subject line. Stories should be between 400-600 words in length, and written with a general audience in mind. Stories will be published as originally submitted, so please keep in mind that stories laced with profanity or deemed offensive will not be accepted.
Stories must be submitted by Oct. 24, 2012.
So, now that the guidelines are out of the way, happy writing! We look forward to your submissions.
