GRAND CANYON, Ariz. – Rangers in Grand Canyon National Park are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 47-year old Shaw Joseph Ostermann of Tempe, Arizona.
Rangers began searching for Ostermann this week after becoming suspicious that his car, a white 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass, had been abandoned in a parking lot adjacent to the Grand Canyon Visitor Center on the South Rim of the park. In the course of their investigations, rangers determined that Ostermann was last seen by his family on March 12.
Ostermann is 47 years old with thinning brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs approximately 220 pounds, and usually wears glasses.
