ST. GEORGE – A personal trainer charged with the forcible sex abuse of a minor was sentenced Tuesday in Fifth District Court.
Judge Eric Ludlow sentenced Suni Faith Anderson, 36, to one to 15 years in prison for two counts of the forcible sex abuse of a minor. The sentences are to be served concurrently.
Originally, Anderson faced five counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and five counts of forcible sex abuse. Eight of the charges were dropped through a plea bargain.
Anderson pled guilty to reduced charges on Nov. 28, 2011.
While working as a personal trainer out of her home, Anderson began a sexual relationship with a then 14-year-old male client. The male victim is now 16. (See previous story here)
