ST. GEORGE – Detectives with the Washington County Area Task Force and detectives involved with the Identity Theft Initiative arrested a 21-year-old living in St. George on multiple fraud and drug charges.

Lt. David Moss said the Task Force was investigating the man for over a month on suspicion of dealing meth and marijuana. While investigating, they discovered that detectives with the ID Initiative were also investigating the suspect for allegedly using false documents to obtain a job as a cook at a local restaurant.

Moss said the detectives worked together and served a search warrant last night. He said officers allegedly found meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as well as a large amount of stolen documents that were allegedly being used by the suspect to obtain work in the United States.
