Three La Verkin Men Arrested on Multiple Felony Drug Charges

LA VERKIN – Three La Verkin men were arrested Saturday evening on multiple felony drug charges when officers went to the home to search for a runaway.

Police Chief Lloyd Watkins said the officer instead allegedly found evidence that three of the six adults in the home were in possession of or distributing drugs. Watkins said the three allegedly admitted to the charges.

Watkins said there were children in the home and the Department of Child and Family Services is involved in the investigation.

He added that the runaway was found later that evening crossing the bridge that connects Hurricane and La Verkin.
