ST. GEORGE – Police, medical, and fire personnel responded to an auto pedestrian accident at 700 E. and 500 S. just before 8 a.m. this morning when a seven-year-old girl was hit by a car. The girl was walking across 700 E. from the east side in the north crosswalk when she was struck by a southbound motorist. The girl had a large contusion on her head. She was responsive, and alert on scene. The vehicle was driven by 17-year-old female who was also the only occupant.
