Halloween musical tricks-and-treats by Geoff Myers at Tabernacle

ST. GEORGE – Join us for a festive hour of tricks-and-treats on the organ by Geoff Myers on Saturday, October 9, at 12:15 p.m. in the St. George Tabernacle. This recital is free, dress is casual and everyone is welcome. There is a handicap entrance and elevator at the back of the Tabernacle for your convenience.

Myers has prepared a special program for this recital which will make the Tabernacle’s 800+ pipe organ ‘hooowl.’

Myers is a teacher and performs in the St. George area. He is an Organist/Choirmaster for Trinity Lutheran Church and Adjunct Instructor of Organ at Dixie State College. He also teaches music to teens at Diamond Ranch Academy.

Myers is never content and is always questioning. His search for a more efficient way to articulate and communicate musical gestures led him to the development of computer-assisted musical instruction using the latest MIDI instruments and technology.

Friday – October 15th – 7 pm – President Orton Fireside – ‘Temples’
