Washington City couple celebrates 50th wedding anniversary

WASHINGTON CITY – Lynn and Carma Jean (Staheli) Christensen of Washington City will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, June 18 with their children and grandchildren.

The couple were married June 18, 1966 in the St. George Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

They are the parents of six children: Jena (Harold) Nelson, Jed (Amy) Christensen, Jill Riddle, Jason (Alicia) Christensen, Joy Lindquist (deceased), Ben (Katie) Lindquist and Josh (Karisa) Christensen all of Washington City. They have 19 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
