ST. GEORGE —Awarding winning Ori Tahiti (Tahitian) dancer Moena Maiotui will be visiting St. George May 6.
Moena Maiotui is one of the most talented dancers dancing Ote’a. She has been awarded several times as the best dancer in various competitions —one being the very prestigious competition held in Papeete, Tahiti-Heiva I Tahiti. Moena began dancing at 5 years of age. She entered ahead of schedule into some prominent gatherings: O Tahiti E and Les Grands Ballets de Tahiti. Subsequent to 2008 she is the female pioneer of Tumata Robinson’s gathering Tahiti Ora. Her aesthetic exhibitions permitted her to advance Tahitian dance in universal visits conveying her to Japan, Australia, New-Caledonia, France, Europe, Canada, Hawaii and the US.
We are so excited she extended her U.S .tour to visit our beautiful Southern Utah.
